Have you ever said, "I do not have enough time", or "there is not enough time in the day" or "I don't have time to do this or that"? Of course we all have.

Time is the one thing, which we all have 'equal' amount of. It is the 'use' of time or the 'allotted' time, which may differ. A second is a second, a minute is a minute and an hour is.. - ok you get the point. There are 24 hours in a day.

First consider the "allotted" time, which is in the context of the, 'unknown', that is we truly do NOT know when our time will end here on earth. Even if a doctor tells you that you have 'x' time to live, be reminded WHO is in control of your - allotted time.

Secondly there is the "use" of time, that which we most often ourselves can determine regarding "how" our time will be used (and in some cases others) - with the allotted time given.

When someone says, "I have the time to do or not to do" what they are communicating is, "how" they are "using" the allotted time given.
